Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike aka Phyno
Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, professionally known as Phyno, is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and record producer born on October 9, 1986, in Enugu State, Nigeria. He hails from Anambra State and is known for rapping predominantly in the Igbo language, often blending it with English and Pidgin.
Phyno began his music career as a producer before releasing his debut album No Guts No Glory in 2014, which featured hits like “Ghost Mode” with Olamide and “Man of the Year.” His energetic delivery and indigenous style have made him a cultural icon in Nigerian hip-hop.
