Qing Madi
Chimamanda Pearl Chukwuma, known professionally as Qing Madi, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and dancer. She was born on July 1, 2006, in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
Qing Madi gained widespread attention in 2022 with her breakout single See Finish, which went viral on social media and introduced her as one of the most promising young talents in the Nigerian music scene. Her follow-up Dearly, featuring Wande Coal, boosted her popularity and established her presence in Afrobeats and Afro-fusion.
Known for her soulful voice, emotive songwriting, and youthful energy, Qing Madi blends Afrobeats, R&B, and alternative influences to create a distinctive sound. Her debut EP Qing Madi (2023) showcased her versatility and solidified her status as a rising star with global potential.
