Asake’s concert: Brixton Academy security ‘took bribes’ from people without tickets (video)

BBC have revealed that bribes and hundreds of duplicate tickets may be responsible for the stampede that took the lives of two persons during Asake’s concert at Briton Academy in December.
33-year-old Rebecca Ikumelo passed away from injuries sustained during the stampede.
Another victim 23-year-old Gabrielle Hutchinson who was working security at the concert also passed away.
According to a whistleblower working at the AP security firm, the incidents were caused by his ‘greedy colleagues.’
He alleged that security guards at the concert took bribes from fans entering without tickets.
The whistleblower added that the AP security firm knew about the ugly acts but did nothing.
According to him, drug dealers and other criminal gangs also gained access to the venue by paying bribes to the guards.
He added that his colleagues made £1,000 cash from bribes they took from people coming for concerts without tickets.
