Social media has been buzzing with reactions following the news that Peter Obi, former Anambra State governor and Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, is set to deliver a speech focusing on Nigeria.

The announcement came from Yunusa Tanko, National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, who shared the update through a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) account on Thursday.

This development comes shortly after Obi’s visit to Rome, where he was seen meeting and paying respect to Pope Francis. In his latest update, Yunusa Tanko revealed that Obi will be speaking to a global audience from the prestigious John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in the United States.
