Presidential Election Results: INEC’s IReV portal claim that Obi Didn’t win the 2023 presidential election
The APC presidential candidate, Tinubu, was declared the victor and the president-elect after the presidential election. Other political parties and some individuals challenged the INEC chairman’s declaration that Tinubu won in court.

Additionally, Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s candidate for president, lost in 19 states during the presidential election on February 25, according to the fact-checking group Dubawa.
You can see from the aforementioned news that Tinubu was declared the legitimate winner and Peter Obi lost the poll. You should also be aware that the gubernatorial and state assembly elections have been postponed until March 18th due to the redesign of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation system (BVAS).
