Nigeria in ‘Safe Hands’ Under Tinubu – Senate President Akpabio
Senate President Godswill Akpabio has expressed confidence in President Bola Tinubu’s leadership, stating that Nigeria is in “safe hands” under his administration.
In a congratulatory message on Friday to mark Tinubu’s 73rd birthday, Akpabio praised the President’s pivotal role in forming the All Progressives Congress (APC), which led to Muhammadu Buhari’s victories in the 2015 and 2019 elections. He described Tinubu as “one of the greatest and audacious leaders Nigeria has produced.”
Akpabio highlighted Tinubu’s commitment to democratic values and bold economic reforms, saying, “With you in the driving seat, Nigeria is in safe hands, and Nigerians could not have made a better choice in 2023.”
He also reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with the President to ensure synergy between the executive and legislative arms of government.
Celebrating Tinubu’s birthday during Ramadan, Akpabio prayed for the President’s continued wisdom, strength, and good health to lead the nation forward.
