Watch Moment Atiku’s Aide Entering Presidential Tribunal Sparks Controversy and Alleged Attack
The video sparked controversy, with many criticising him for breaching ethical codes and failing to uphold global standards of the legal profession Daniel Bwala.
The spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Council, faced backlash after posting a video on Twitter showing a fellow lawyer opening the door of his Toyota Land Cruiser at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal in Abuja.
The video sparked controversy, with many criticising Bwala for breaching ethical codes and failing to uphold global standards of the legal profession.
Some even alleged that the act was an attack on the profession.
Bwala, who practices as a lawyer in the United Kingdom, received heavy criticism for allowing a fellow lawyer to open the SUV door for him, with many pointing out that he should know what is right or wrong.
Despite the criticism, Bwala maintained that the video was harmless and simply showed him attending the first day of the presidential election tribunal.
