LASU Student’s Brother Demands Justice, Alleges Pastor’s Involvement in Murder
The brother of 28-year-old Adedamola Ogunbode, a Lagos State University (LASU) student who was brutally murdered, has insisted that his killers withdrew money from his account after taking his life and has accused a pastor of being involved.
Speaking exclusively to TVC News, Ogunbode’s brother expressed deep suspicion about the crime’s financial motive, stating:
“They killed him first before withdrawing his money. I have no doubt that the pastor is involved, even though he keeps denying it. All I want is justice for my brother.”
Ogunbode, popularly known as Olas, was not just a student but also an entrepreneur, managing an educational consulting firm while pursuing his studies at LASU.
Outrage and Investigation
His tragic murder has sparked widespread outrage, with both his family and the LASU student body demanding swift action against those responsible.
The Lagos State Police Command has launched an investigation, but the family has raised concerns over the slow pace of justice.
Meanwhile, the LASU Students’ Union Government has vowed to closely monitor the case to ensure there is no cover-up.
As public pressure mounts, Ogunbode’s family remains determined to seek justice, urging authorities to hold every individual involved accountable. The connection between his murder and financial fraud has further intensified calls for a thorough and transparent investigation.
