“God Does Miracles from Evening to Morning, Not Morning to Evening” – Pastor David Ibiyeomie
During the Crossover Service at Salvation Ministries International, Pastor David Ibiyeomie shared a powerful revelation from the book of Genesis that challenged conventional thinking about time and miracles.
According to the founder and senior pastor, God’s agenda operates on a divine timeline where evening precedes morning, a concept that reshapes how believers understand God’s working.
Pastor Ibiyeomie explained that while humans typically greet each other with “Good morning” and “Good evening,” the Bible presents a different order.
In Genesis 1, God created during the evening first, followed by morning. “And God called the light day, and the darkness night. And the evening and the morning were the first day,” the pastor emphasized, pointing out that in God’s creation process, evening comes before morning.
He went on to explain that this pattern is consistent throughout the book of Genesis. “Every chapter says: ‘The second day, evening and morning. The third day, evening and morning. The fourth day, evening and morning,'” he noted.
For Pastor Ibiyeomie, this revelation signifies that God’s miracles operate from evening to morning, not the other way around.
“That’s why we now say evening, then tomorrow morning. That’s how God works. He does miracles from evening to morning, not morning to evening,” he said
“The reason why your miracle is starting today is because every time God moves, He forces the miracle out of the evening into the morning,” he stated.
He encouraged the congregation to embrace this divine order, declaring that their miracles are already in motion. “Your miracle is starting now,” he declared confidently.
Pastor Ibiyeomie’s words encouraged the faithful to trust that God’s miraculous power can transform their situations, starting from this very moment, as evening ushers in the beginning of divine interventions.
