Singer Burna Boy has reacted to becoming the first Afrobeats artist to perform at the main ceremony of the Grammy Awards, following the latest announcement ahead of the 2024 edition of the awards.
In an official announcement, Burna Boy was unveiled as one of the top stars who will grace the stage as a performer at the 66th edition of the Grammy Awards, scheduled to take place on February 4, 2024, in Los Angeles, US.
This is a historical feat for the Nigerian music industry as the singer is now the first and only Nigerian artist to perform at the main show of the Grammys.
The singer took to his social media platform to share his excitement about the announcement on his Instagram story and as a post on the platform as well.
