Burna Boy Earns Platinum Certification in France for ‘Donne-moi l’accord’
Nigerian superstar Burna Boy has achieved another significant milestone, earning a Platinum SNEP Certification in France for his collaboration on “Donne-moi l’accord”, a hit single by French-Congolese singer Dadju Nsungula.
Though the song was released in 2019, it continues to enjoy widespread acclaim, further solidifying Burna Boy’s status as one of the most in-demand global music acts.
This achievement adds to Burna Boy’s growing list of international accolades. Earlier in 2025, he received an RIAA Gold Certification for his song ‘Alone’, which was featured on the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack album.
Additionally, the African Giant hitmaker made history as the first artist to grace the cover of the newly launched Billboard France Magazine, marking a proud moment for African music.
With this latest Platinum certification, Burna Boy now boasts six RIAA certifications and four solo plaques, further cementing his legacy as one of Africa’s most influential global music icons.
