Keshinro Ololade aka Lil Kesh
Keshinro Ololade, popularly known by his stage name Lil Kesh, is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter born on March 14, 1995, in Bariga, Lagos State, Nigeria. He studied Linguistics at the University of Lagos and later furthered his education at the National Open University of Nigeria.
Lil Kesh started gaining attention in 2014 with his street anthem Shoki, which became a viral hit and established him as a voice of the Nigerian youth. He signed with YBNL Nation, the label owned by rapper Olamide, and became one of the leading street-hop artists of his generation.
He followed up with other popular tracks like Efejoku, Gbese, Is It Because I Love You, and Cause Trouble. His debut studio album, Y.A.G.I (Young And Getting It), was released in 2016 under his own imprint, YAGI Records, after exiting YBNL.
Lil Kesh is widely recognized for his energetic delivery, catchy hooks, and ability to connect with both street and mainstream audiences.
