Olatunji Oladotun Alade, known professionally as Dotman, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performer. He was born on December 9, 1993, in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.
Dotman first gained recognition in 2014 after winning the Airtel One Mic Talent Show in Abeokuta. He later broke into the mainstream with his breakout single Yes Melo, followed by the widely acclaimed hit Akube in 2016, which became a street anthem across Nigeria.
Over the years, he has released a series of notable singles including My Woman, Afro Girl (featuring Mr Eazi), Enugbe, Feelings, and Giveaway. In 2021, he released his debut studio album Hakuna Matata, which showcased his storytelling ability and versatility across Afropop and street sounds.
Dotman is the founder of 808 Records and has built a reputation for making music that resonates with both the streets and mainstream audiences.
