Delta Police Nab Suspects for Killing Uber Driver, Shocking Details Emerge (Video)

The Delta State Police Command has apprehended two suspected robbers for allegedly killing an Uber driver, identified as Dantes, in the Effurun area of Delta State.
According to a reported, the suspects had initially engaged the services of a commercial sex worker before hiring the Uber driver to transport them to their destination.
During the trip, the suspects reportedly used a rope to strangle Dantes, killing him. They dumped his body by the roadside and fled with his vehicle.

Providing updates on the case, Bright Edafe, the spokesperson for the Delta State Police Command, shared a video on his verified X account confirming the arrests of the two suspects.
While being paraded, the commercial sex worker recounted the events leading up to the tragic incident. She revealed that the Uber driver had demanded payment from the suspects when one of them suddenly strangled him with a rope, resulting in his death.
In her own words, translated from pidgin, she added, “After disposing of the man, they took me to a bush, collected my phone, and told me to lie down. After lying down, they left me alone.”
