Tems and DJ Spinall Set to Grace the Stage at Coachella 2024

Tems, the Grammy-winning Nigerian singer (Temilade Openiyi), and the accomplished DJ Spinall are slated to showcase their talents on the grand stage of the esteemed 2024 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

DJ Spinall will be performing during the second weekend, while Tems’ performance is scheduled for the last weekend of the festival.

The headlining acts for the 2024 edition include Lana Del Rey, Tyler The Creator, and Doja Cat.

It will also feature performances from Tyla, Peso Pluma, J Balvin, Lil Uzi Vert, Skepta, Jon Baptiste, Ice Spice, Lil Yachty, and DJ Snake, among others.

Tems gained global recognition in 2020, courtesy of her collaboration with Wizkid on the song ‘Essence’.

In February 2023, the songstress won her first-ever Grammy award for her role in ‘Wait for U’, the 2022 hit song by Future featuring Drake.

Spinall, on the other hand, has continued to solidify his status as one of the most respected DJs in the Nigerian music industry.

In 2023, Burna Boy, the Afrobeat sensation, was the only Nigerian artiste on the line-up for Coachella.

The Grammy-winning singer thrilled the audience with an electrifying performance of hit songs like ‘It’s Plenty,’ ‘Killin Dem,’ and ‘Alone’.
