Bobrisky Responds to Claims That Trump Can Ban Same-Sex Marriage: “He Has No Such Powers”
Bobrisky has responded to claims suggesting that newly inaugurated U.S. President Donald Trump could prevent same-sex marriage, stating that Trump does not have the authority to do so.
Following Trump’s inauguration on January 20 as the 47th U.S. President, he announced in his speech that only two genders would be officially recognized in the U.S. This declaration raised concerns among some Nigerians, including those who speculated that it could negatively impact crossdressers like Bobrisky.
In response, Bobrisky took to social media to clarify his position. He assured his followers that he was not worried about Trump’s decree, as he has undergone gender reassignment surgery and now identifies as female.
Bobrisky emphasized, “Donald Trump cannot stop same-sex marriage. He has no such powers,” reinforcing his confidence in the legality of same-sex marriages.
