Some People Think Because Tinubu Implemented Some Policies, It Would Change Overnight – Daniel Bwala
In a recent interview with Channels Television, Daniel Bwala, a presidential aide, emphasized the need for patience and gradual implementation of policies to achieve sustainable economic growth.
He highlighted that expecting immediate results from newly implemented policies overlooks the complexity of economic systems. Bwala pointed out that economic recovery and growth are processes that require time and careful calibration, particularly when addressing systemic challenges.
Bwala further explained that while the government is committed to facilitating growth, it is essential to focus on building infrastructure and ensuring that systems function as designed.
“There are people who think that because the President came and implemented some policies, that it would change overnight, that it should not go gradually by looking at the indices of growth economically, but it doesn’t work that way,” he stated.
“We have to allow systems to work the way they’re built to work. We can facilitate the movement of the system by making sure all the infrastructure that’s needed for the system to work optimally are provided.”
