Peter Obi: Server Logs Is A Clear Proof That INEC Manipulated The Presidential Election
Peter Obi, the LP presidential candidate for the February 25th election, has made a big assertion concerning the 2023 presidential election outcomes.
In line with Trackloaded NG, Obi said that server logs and uploads revealed that the INEC modified the results of the Saturday, February 25 presidential election.
Obi and the Labour Party’s statement is contained in a supplemental response to INEC’s preliminary objection, which asks the Presidential Election suit Tribunal to dismiss their suit disputing the outcome of the election, particularly the win of Nigeria’s president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
However, in their reply filed by their lead counsel, Levy Uzoukwu (SAN), Obi and the Labour Party stated that there was no factual basis for INEC’s alleged circumvention of the compulsory transmission of the results of the election from the BVAS in the polling units to the IReV.
Peter Obi and LP claimed that INEC used the supposed HTTP 500 error as a reason to avoid complying with the obligatory condition for direct upload.
Obi and LP also claimed that “in the 1st Respondent’s unlawful invention of’ technological glitches’ by which election results were misrepresented, the actual scores of the petitioners (Obi and LP) were suppressed, omitted, miscalculated, and deducted as shown in the reports and forensic analysis pleaded in the petition and incorporated by reference herein.”
