Mercy Aigbe Shares Health Struggles During Filming of Thinline

Nollywood star Mercy Aigbe has opened up about a significant health challenge she faced while working on her latest film, Thinline.

In an Instagram post, Mercy recounted waking up one morning on set with severely swollen eyes accompanied by intense pain, which temporarily halted production. Seeking medical attention, she was hospitalized and diagnosed with a severe infection.

“This journey has been filled with challenges, but I still give God the glory,” she wrote, reflecting on the demanding production process. “The movie took a lot of pain, blood, and sweat, but the end result is worth it.”

Despite these hurdles, Mercy expressed gratitude to fans who have supported Thinline and encouraged others to visit the cinemas, promising an unforgettable viewing experience.
