“If You’re Tired of Supporting, Get Lost” – Speed Darlington Claps Back at Critics
Controversial Nigerian singer Speed Darlington has fired back at critics urging him to step away from his ongoing feud with Burna Boy, telling them to “get lost” if they are tired of supporting him.
His defiant statement comes just hours after his lawyer, Stanley Alieke, and his firm, Law Capitol, announced their decision to part ways with him following his recent legal troubles.
In a viral video shared on Instagram, Speed Darlington made it clear that he will continue making music and expressing himself, regardless of public opinion.
“My Life is My Content”
“My life is my content. Let nobody tell me what to post. If you are tired of supporting, get lost. I spend my own money, so keep your advice,” he declared in the video.
He also took another jab at Burna Boy, accusing him of hypocrisy.
“Always singing about police brutality in Nigeria, yet he hires police to hold me longer,” he claimed.
Ongoing Feud and Legal Battles
Speed Darlington has been embroiled in controversy after being arrested twice in 2024, following his comments about Burna Boy’s Grammy win and his relationship with American music mogul, Diddy.
Since regaining his freedom, he has continued to push his diss track, Baby Oil, as he resumes his music career.
