Afrobeats stars Davido and Lojay have officially earned RIAA platinum certification for their 2023 hit Sensational with American singer Chris Brown.

The track, which quickly became a fan favorite, has now sold over one million units in the U.S.—securing its spot as a certified banger.

Beyond the charts, Sensational also made waves on the awards circuit. It picked up wins for Best Duo, Group, or Collaboration (Contemporary) and Best Music Video at the 2024 NAACP Awards. The song also snagged a nomination in the Best Music Performance category that same year.

Adding to the moment, Davido and Lojay joined Chris Brown live on stage at his sold-out concert at FNB Stadium—marking a major moment for Afrobeats on a global stage.
