Opeyemi Babatunde Rahim aka Lyta
Opeyemi Babatunde Rahim, known professionally as Lyta, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter born on July 4, 1998, in Kwara State and raised in Ajegunle, Lagos. He began his music career at an early age, performing in local shows and school events.
Lyta gained fame after joining YBNL Nation in 2018, where he released the viral single Time featuring Olamide. After leaving YBNL, he signed with Doro Musik Gang and dropped hit songs like Monalisa, Worry, and Self Made.
He later collaborated with artists such as Davido, Naira Marley, and Seyi Vibez. Lyta’s sound fuses emotional vocals with Afrobeat, street pop, and soul influences.
