I think Buhari is setting a trap for Bola Tinubu before he hands over the office to him — Shehu Sani
During an interview with the AriseTV morning show, the former lawmaker and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State, Shehu Sani, says that he thinks that President Muhammadu Buhari is setting a trap for the president elect of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, before he hands over the office to him.
He further stated that for a government that has very few days to leave office, a lot of things seem to be happening when they should be wrapping up and working towards a handover to a president elect who is from their party, but they seem to be doing things they ought to have done many years ago, he said.
According to him, at this very hour, you will see them awarding people billions of naira, and they are also searching for loans from outside of the country.
They are issuing out appointments, employing people, and engaging in all sorts of things, which to me, I see as a trap being set for the president elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, he said.
