Mercy Aigbe Quickly Hides Her Phones Upon Seeing Erekere at ORI Premiere

A lighthearted moment from the premiere of Muyiwa Ademola’s new film ORI has gone viral, showing actress and filmmaker Mercy Aigbe tucking away her phones as comedian Erekere, also known as Pastor Pikin, approached. The skitmaker, known for his “thief” persona in his comedy videos, walked up to greet Mercy and her husband, Kazim Adeoti, when she instinctively concealed both her phones—prompting a wave of humorous reactions from fans.
Social media users were quick to comment on the clip:

In a separate update, actress Annie Macaulay Idibia opened up during an interview with BBC Pidgin, sharing that her daughters, Isabella and Olivia, are her biggest motivation. The Headies Awards presenter revealed she is working on launching her own online TV platform, Annie Macaulay TV, and that her daughters have already created an 11-episode series for it.
“My kids are thriving; my first daughter is in the US, going to school. Do not underestimate that girl o. I take my kids very seriously. They are my backbone,” she said. “Currently, I am creating my own online TV station, which will be called Annie Macaulay TV, so get ready for a variety of content. My daughters have completed 11 episodes, which will air soon on my TV.”
