“Titi Is Gone Forever” – Kwam 1 Breaks Silence on Marital Drama, Denies Rift with Emmanuella
Legendary Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as Kwam 1 or K1 De Ultimate, has addressed swirling rumours about his personal life, firmly denying claims of reconciling with his estranged wife, Fathia Titi Marshall, and dismissing speculation about a split from his current wife, Emmanuella Aderopo.
In an exclusive interview with journalist Stella Dimoko-Korkus, the 68-year-old music icon cleared the air, following reports that he had reconnected with Titi and her children after the recent Sallah celebrations—a move many claimed led to Emmanuella allegedly leaving their home.
Kwam 1 denied any such reunion, stating bluntly:
“Titi Marshall is gone forever. But I can’t shut my eyes out on the three children we shared together because she is gone.”
Addressing his relationship with Emmanuella, he insisted there is no separation:
“I’m not estranged with Emmanuella. We don’t have any problems. It’s a natural thing to say a woman is jealous. The only problem in a relationship is what rules you are trying to put up.”
He revealed that some tension came from disagreements over social media use, noting that he advised Emmanuella to shift focus to her business and family responsibilities.
“Emmanuella brought this upon herself because I have told her to leave social media and concentrate on her business. But I guess she didn’t like it that way. She’s not getting younger anymore. She already has two grown-ups at the university, and the third is about to join them.”
Kwam 1 concluded by reaffirming his commitment to his current marriage:
“I don’t have any plans to take a new wife. Emmanuella is my only wife.”
Kwam 1 married Titi Marshall in 2018, before ending the relationship and marrying Emmanuella in 2021.
