Kwankwaso claims PDP is dead and criticizes APC’s poor performance.
Rabiu Kwankwaso, former Kano State governor and presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), has declared the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to be effectively defunct.
He also criticized the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), claiming it has failed to manage the nation’s affairs properly.
During an NNPP national executive council meeting on October 1, Kwankwaso argued that the APC leadership is out of touch with the harsh realities faced by citizens and lacks an understanding of the country’s challenges.
He praised the NNPP for its rapid growth despite current difficulties, contrasting it with the struggling PDP and APC. Reflecting on a visit to Katsina State, Kwankwaso reiterated his belief that the PDP is in disarray and described the APC’s leadership as disconnected from the people.
