Tragic Flooding in Valencia Claims 62 Lives, Many Still Missing (Photos)

High-speed train services have been suspended, schools in the region are closed, and various public events, including football matches, have been canceled to ensure safety. Meteorologists warn that the threat is not over, as heavy rainfall continues to pose risks of further flooding. Local officials are advising residents to stay indoors and limit travel.
