With a significant decrease in squad value to €928 million, Chelsea has experienced the most substantial downgrade among Premier League clubs this summer. The Blues made substantial investments in player signings during the 2022/2023 season, contributing to their decreased market value.
Several high-profile signings, including Mudryk, Raheem Sterling, Wesley Fofana, and Marc Cucurella, have experienced a notable decline in performance since joining their respective clubs.

Liverpool’s squad value has diminished by €805 million due to their struggles in the Premier League last season, narrowly finishing 5th. Players like Alisson Becker and Virgil Van Dijk have seen a drop in their market value.

Tottenham Hotspur’s market value has decreased to €617 million, with Harry Kane being the only consistent performer, scoring 30 Premier League goals but failing to secure a top-four finish.
