There Was Nothing Which The Federal Government Did Not Do To Rivers State When I Was Governor — Wike
Former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has explained why he became so loud, during his time in office, pointing out that, if he hadn’t spoken up, no one would have known what was going on, and the Federal government did a lot to Rivers State, during his tenor as governor. []
Speaking with Channels Television journalist, he said I had no idea that a governor would have his security changed every minute, every second, every urine hour, and every day.
Here, I experienced it. You see, the world wouldn’t know, if you didn’t shout and tell everyone. Nothing that was done to us by the federal government, that hasn’t been done already.
He added that, it helped explain why he became so vociferous and vocal, saying that, there was nothing the federal government did not do to Rivers state, when he was governor.
Nyesom Wike expressed regret, about the speedy replacement of his police, and security commissioners. []
