Fubara Reflects on Painful Experience from a Year Ago
Governor Siminalayi Fubara recently attended an event at PAMO University in Rivers State, where he reflected on the contrast between his current visit and the one he made a year ago.
In a video shared by Symfoni TV, Fubara recounted that his previous visit to the university was overshadowed by a tragic event that deeply affected him and the people of Rivers State. However, he highlighted the stark difference in atmosphere this year.
This time, the mood was uplifting, filled with laughter and positive interactions as Fubara and others exchanged ideas and engaged with the university’s governing council.
Reflecting on the change, Fubara remarked, “A year ago, my visit here was marked by sorrow due to an event that brought great pain to me and the people of Rivers State. Today, things are different—we’re here in good spirits, sharing jokes, and contributing ideas to the university’s council. It’s truly the grace of God.”
