Olamide speaks on relationship with Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy

Nigerian rapper and YBNL Nation boss, Olamide Adedeji, has spoken about his relationship with fellow Afrobeats stars Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
In an interview with Adesope Live, Olamide described the trio as his friends but noted that they can be “too troublesome.”
“Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy are all my friends, but they are just too troublesome. They are cool dudes; it’s just that sometimes many people can’t align on so many things, and that’s fine,” he said.
The rapper also addressed the debate surrounding Afrobeats’ “Big 3,” a term often used for Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy. Olamide stated that he is unconcerned about not being included in the grouping, stressing that his priority is making music that connects with his fans.
Olamide, known for hit songs such as Story for the Gods, Wo!!, and Rock, has played a key role in shaping Nigeria’s music industry. Through YBNL Nation, he has supported the rise of artists including Fireboy DML, Asake, and Adekunle Gold.
