Nollywood Loses a Veteran: Beloved Producer Shina Sanyaolu Dies

The Nollywood industry is grieving the loss of Shina Sanyaolu, a well-known producer, director, and actor in the Yoruba film sector. Sanyaolu, recognized for his significant contributions to Nollywood, passed away recently.
Bolaji Amusan, a respected figure within the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), broke the sad news on Instagram, posting a heartfelt tribute along with a photo of Sanyaolu. In his message, Amusan wrote, “Sleep well, Uncle Shina Sanyaolu.”
Although the cause of Sanyaolu’s death has not been revealed, fans and fellow actors have flooded social media with messages of sympathy and remembrance, celebrating his legacy and impact on the film industry.
