Tribunal: The Order Court Gives INEC & Tinubu’s Lawyers After Admitting Video Presented By AIT Presenter

According to report on VANGUARD, the court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Friday, gave the legal representatives of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressive Congress, APC, the nod to cross examine an AIT Presenter who tendered a video evidence in the court.
It was reported that the AIT Broadcaster Ijeoma Osamor, tendered a video evidence at the court sitting on Friday, in which the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC , Prof Mahmood Yakubu was speaking during a conference and assuring Nigerians that results of the 2023 presidential election would be electronically transmitted using BVAS device

The video was subsequently admitted by the court in evidence. However, after it was admitted, the court gave the lawyers of the respondents to cross examine the witness, Ijeoma Osamor.
