The Future Of Nigeria Is In Tinubu’s Hand, Although Individuals Are Saddened I Will not Decide Him — Inko-Tariah

Opunabo Inko-Tariah, the former Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, has strongly criticized the governor for allegedly urging National Assembly aspirants to abide by the decisions of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and President-elect Bola Tinubu.
In an interview with News Central, Inko-Tariah expressed his belief that Wike is motivated by a fear of losing power.
He noted that although the governor has previously voiced his criticisms of the ruling party, he is now advocating on their behalf.
Inko-Tariah further asserted that Wike refers to himself as a person of integrity, yet fails to uphold his own commitments. He suggested that Wike’s support for Tinubu and the APC is driven by a desire to maintain his position in the corridors of power. In addition, he suggested that if either Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) or Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) had emerged as the winners of the presidential election, Wike would have sought reconciliation with them.
Quoting the exact statement released by Opunano Inko-Tariah, he said, “The future of Nigeria is in Tinubu’s hand, though people are saddened I won’t judge him.” “But Wike keeps saying that he is a man of integrity, but a man of integrity should not be making statements that he can’t honor. Wike is scared of being out of office.
He previously referred to APC as a cancer, but today, he is supporting them and Tinubu because they are going to be in power. Look at Akpabio, he was against him when he emerged as Senate Minority Leader. He criticized him then, and their relationship went sour. But now, he is running after Akpabio because he wants to remain in the corridors of power.”
