Reactions Trail as Supreme Courtroom upholds that BVAS is the one means to find out accuracy of votes

Ademola Adeleke, the executive governor of Osun State, was declared the winner of the Gubernatorial Election by the presiding judge. According to reporters, a member of the Supreme Court panel, Emmanuel Agim, stated that only the record in the BVAS machines can establish the number of accredited voters in a polling station.
As a result, the BVAS is the sole way to determine the legitimacy of votes cast in an election.
In response to the Supreme Court decision, some Nigerians have asked INEC Chairman Yakubu if his agency follows a different electoral legislation than the one signed into law by Buhari.

Another person inquired whether the BVAS indicated that Peter Obi won the Presidential Election. Someone else suggested that the BVAS might not be the primary source of data collecting in the case of the Presidential Election, given that the BVAS machines were formatted prior to the Gubernatorial Elections.
