Yemi Eberechi Alade aka Yemi Alade
Yemi Eberechi Alade, popularly known as Yemi Alade, is a Nigerian Afropop singer, songwriter, and actress born on March 13, 1989, in Abia State, Nigeria. She gained prominence after winning the Peak Talent Show in 2009 and rose to international fame with her hit single “Johnny” in 2013.
Known for her energetic performances and multilingual singing, Yemi Alade has released several successful albums including King of Queens, Mama Africa, and Empress. She is also a UNDP Goodwill Ambassador and advocate for women’s empowerment.
