Aituaje Aina Vivian Ebele Iruobe, professionally known as Waje, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter born on 1 September 1980 in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. She discovered her vocal gift early, performing in the church choir and earning educational support from Archbishop Idahosa. Waje studied Social Work at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and began her music career in 2007. She rose to prominence featuring on P-Square’s hit “Do Me” and later released her debut studio album, W.A.J.E, in 2013. Beyond music, she has acted (e.g., in the film *Tunnel*), served as a judge on *The Voice Nigeria*, and co-founded media company Hermanes Media in 2019. Her 2022 album *Waje 2.0* featured top artists like Tiwa Savage and Falz.
