Kusimo Olawale Habeb, professionally known as Diamond Jimma, is a Nigerian Afro-fusion and alternative singer-songwriter born on 8 November 1997 (age 27 as of 2025), in Lagos State, Nigeria, originally from Abeokuta, Ogun State. He began his rise to prominence with the 2019 fan-favorite single “Aje” (featuring Otega), which showcased his sultry and inspirational Afro-soul voice. In 2023, he released his debut album, Diamond In The Sky, featuring tracks like “Felefele” and “No Worries.” His 2024 EPs include Freshout Jimma, Vol. 1 and *Decided*, the latter featuring the single *“Greatness.”* His emotive storytelling and fusion of Afrobeat rhythms with soulful lyricism are central to his appeal.
