Rivers: Troublemakers, Put Down Your Weapons—We Seek Peace, Says Uma Ukpai

Respected Nigerian cleric Uma Ukpai expressed deep concern about the challenges facing Nigerians while sitting next to Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara at an event.During a live broadcast on Symfoni TV, Ukpai shared that his emotions were strong, as he felt overwhelmed by the hardships in the country.
He stressed the importance of strengthening faith in God and following His teachings, urging Nigerians to seek divine prosperity and blessings.Ukpai called on those who incite conflict to put aside their differences, highlighting the need for peace and unity in Rivers State.
He offered prayers for a joyful season and a memorable Christmas for the people of the state.He stated, “Since I’ve been sitting here, I have been crying. We have suffered more than we should in Nigeria. Enough is enough, my brothers and sisters.””We need God’s blessings and His guidance.
We want Him to know we love Him and are committed to being obedient. If you are causing trouble, please put down your weapons. We desire peace, and we hope this Christmas will be our best yet.”
