Rivers Governor Siminalayi Fubara Captured in Striking Pose with Birds
Social media users have taken to their official X account to react after new photos of the governor of Rivers state, Siminalayi Fubara rasing his hands in front of some birds surfaced online.
The Rivers state governor made the pictures available on his official X account on Wednesday.
The pictures were shared in commemoration of the 2025 Armed Forces Remembrance Day.
After sharing the pictures, Siminalayi Fubara appreciated all the military officers who have contributed to the nation in the area of security.
The governor also announced that the sum of N50 million naira will be given to the widows of the military personnel who have lost their lives defending the country.

According to the governor on his official X account;
“With profound gratitude, we honour the courage and sacrifice of our gallant servicemen and women. I pledge N50 million for the welfare of widows of our fallen heroes. It is our modest way of supporting their resilience”.
