President Tinubu Departs for Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu departed Abuja on Saturday evening for Abu Dhabi, UAE, to participate in the 2025 Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week. The event, hosted by UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, runs from January 12 to 18 and aims to accelerate global sustainable development.
Themed “The Nexus of Next; Supercharging Sustainable Progress,” the summit will bring together global leaders, policymakers, and business executives to explore strategies for advancing socioeconomic progress and building a sustainable economy.
President Tinubu will showcase his administration’s reforms in energy, transportation, public health, and economic development. He is also scheduled to hold discussions with UAE leaders on matters of mutual interest.
The president is expected to return to Nigeria on Thursday, January 16.
