Breaking: Shehu Sani Addresses Rumors About INEC Chairman Yakubu’s Alleged Death
Former Senator Shehu Sani has addressed rumors circulating online about the alleged death of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Chairman Mahmood Yakubu.
The rumors, spread by some online platforms, claimed that Yakubu passed away in London following a brief illness. According to these reports, Yakubu reportedly went to bed healthy but woke up with a critical medical emergency that led to his death despite his family’s efforts to secure medical care.
Senator Sani, known for his candid commentary, took to social media on Saturday to refute the claims. In a characteristically humorous tone, he said, “An online media reported that the INEC Chair is dead. Yesterday I saw him in white. Maybe it’s the ghost.”
Sani’s response dismisses the rumors and adds to his reputation as an outspoken commentator on political and national issues.
