Veteran Nollywood actor Ajirebi Kayode Olasehinde, popularly known as Pa James, has shared heartfelt sentiments about actresses Iyabo Ojo, Toyin Abraham, and Funke Akindele, commending their reconciliation and praying for lasting peace.
In a recent interview on Behind The Fame – African A-List, Pa James addressed the past tensions within the Nollywood industry, particularly the fallout between Iyabo Ojo and Toyin Abraham.
“I was really sad when I heard they had issues,” he recalled. “But I thank God they’re friends now and there’s no issue between them anymore.”
Describing the three actresses as his “children” in the entertainment industry, he emphasized his desire for unity and prayed that no further conflict arises.
“Iyabo Ojo, Toyin Abraham, Funke Akindele are all my children. I pray the devil doesn’t create any separation between them again,” he said.
The respected actor also came to Iyabo Ojo’s defense, sharing a moment when he intervened after someone tried to speak negatively about her.
“There was a time when people were saying bad things against Iyabo Ojo, and I said, ‘Let’s not talk like that. She is not that kind of person.’”
Pa James praised her for becoming more emotionally composed over time, highlighting her personal growth.
“Thank God she doesn’t get angry easily anymore. Iyabo Ojo is not a bad person,” he added.
