Controversial Nigerian singer Naira Marley has sparked discussions with his recent message directed at Muslim faithful observing Ramadan.
Taking to social media, the Marlian Music boss called out those who were fasting but still engaging in football betting. In a blunt remark, he advised them to break their fast if they couldn’t refrain from gambling.
“You are fasting and still betting on football? Go and eat, please,” he wrote.
His statement quickly went viral, drawing mixed reactions from social media users. While some supported his stance, others questioned his credibility on religious matters.
