Angela Okorie: Any Man Who Wants Me Must Pay ₦1 Billion – I’m Selling My Love

Nollywood actress and singer Angela Okorie has stirred social media with a bold declaration about her relationship standards, stating that any man interested in dating or marrying her must first pay a staggering sum of ₦1 billion.

The outspoken entertainer took to her official Instagram page to share the unconventional requirement, revealing that a male friend had once advised her to be extremely cautious with men due to her fame and success.
According to her, the friend insisted that before she even considers a man, he must undergo a thorough background check lasting two years. This includes visiting his family home, getting to know his parents and siblings, and assessing their behavior. He also suggested she should collect an “artist fee” upfront, claiming that some men only want to date her to gain clout.
Angela, however, added her own twist to the conditions.
“Before any man can date or marry me, he must pay a billion naira,” she said.
“I’m selling my love now, and I don’t care what anybody has to say about it.”
Her statement has sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising her self-worth and others debating the practicality of such a demand. Still, Angela stands firm in setting her own terms for love in a world where fame often complicates relationships.
