The midfielder for Premier League club Fulham was asked what type of music he preferred, whether English or Nigerian and he was quick to respond saying he preferred Nigerian music which is primarily Afrobeats.

The artist then answered another question saying that Wizkid was his favorite Nigerian artiste of all time. His response is rather significant especially following the rap video that fans believe to be a what he created.

Wizkid is a superstar in the Nigerian music industry with many awards to his name. He was the first male artist to receive a Grammy award for his hit collaboration Brown Skin Girl which he received alongside the queen of Pop, Beyoncé.
