Official: Real Madrid’s Mbappe Nominated for La Liga Player of the Month

Kylian Mbappe has been in outstanding form in 2025, scoring 10 goals in 10 La Liga matches since the start of the year. His performances have made him one of the league’s standout players.

In March, the French superstar netted three league goals, including a brace against Villarreal and another in Real Madrid’s win over Rayo Vallecano, helping his team stay in the title race.

Due to his key contributions, Mbappe has been nominated for La Liga’s Player of the Month award for March. He is one of five nominees, including former Real Madrid playmaker Isco, who has been involved in four goals in three matches this month.

Other contenders include Celta Vigo’s Marcos Alonso, Valencia’s Sadiq, and Rayo Vallecano’s Pedro Díaz. Sadiq has also impressed with three goals in March, while Díaz has scored in back-to-back games.

However, the main battle for the award is expected to be between Mbappe and Isco, with the latter having an edge after playing a crucial role in Real Betis’ victory over Madrid earlier this month.
