Portable Reveals the Story Behind His Instagram Name ‘Elizabeth Joyce’

Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has finally explained the origin of his unusual Instagram name, Elizabeth Joyce.

The Zaazu crooner made this revelation during an interview with content creator Egungun of Lagos.

His Past and the Name’s Origin

According to Portable, before gaining fame, he was involved in internet fraud, commonly known as Yahoo Yahoo. During that time, he created his first Instagram account under the name Elizabeth Joyce, using the photo of a white woman as his profile picture to deceive unsuspecting victims.

After rising to stardom, Portable removed the fake profile image but decided to keep the name, which has since become a signature part of his online identity.
