Benue PDP Crisis: Senator Moro Calls for Peace, Warns Against Inciting Rhetoric

Senate Minority Leader, Abba Moro, has called for peace amid the ongoing crisis within the Benue State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which erupted after the party’s recent congress.
In a statement issued by his Media Adviser, Emmanuel John, Moro urged party members to avoid inflammatory language that could further divide the PDP.
He encouraged tolerance and called on all aggrieved members to lay down their differences and engage in constructive discussions to bring unity back to the party.
Moro reassured that party leaders in the state are working hard to resolve issues stemming from the congress and to address all grievances, with the goal of restoring peace. He emphasized that the PDP remains the best alternative to the ruling party, which has brought hardship to Nigerians, and expressed confidence that the party will emerge stronger and ready to lead the nation toward better governance for the people.
