At present, Makinde is hosting journalists from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) press corps in Ibadan, where he is highlighting his key development projects across the southwestern region.Notably, the official social media accounts of the PDP have also adopted the #MakindeForPresident hashtag while sharing images and videos of these major projects.
